This role is a Clinical Informatics Analyst position requiring in-person work at the specified location four days a week. The analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering to established guidelines and standards. They will provide technical leadership, training, and guidance to staff, and contribute to software design documentation. Prior experience with a recognized EHR system is preferred, but not required for this corrections-specific vendor's system.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting the EHR system.
- Ensuring compliance with established guidelines and standards.
- Providing technical leadership, training, and guidance to staff.
- Assisting with software design documents and diagrams.
- Working with agile development methodologies.
- Customizing, evaluating, configuring, analyzing, and documenting the EHR system and business workflows.
- Providing technical training and support.
- Creating documentation of various workflow processes based on various health standards and implementations.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5 years of experience in designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting EHR systems.
- 5 years of experience assisting with software design documents and diagrams and working with agile methodologies.
- 5 years of experience in application lifecycle management (ALM) methodology and technical system analysis, design, development, configuration, and support.
- 5 years of experience in documentation skills of various workflow processes based on various health standards and implementations and the ability to customize, evaluate, configure, and analyze EHR systems and business workflows.
- Direct experience with system/technical configuration.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field (experience may substitute).
- Experience in healthcare or business administration and/or electronic healthcare technology.
