Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and submit customs clearance documents, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, etc.

Calculate and verify customs duties and taxes to ensure compliance with current customs regulations and commodity requirements.

计算并核对关税和税费，确保符合当前的海关法规和商品要求。

Maintain communication with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to promptly resolve any issues arising during the customs clearance process.

与美国海关和边境保护局（CBP）保持沟通，及时解决清关过程中出现的任何问题。

Conduct compliance reviews for goods requiring special permits (such as food, pharmaceuticals, and dangerous goods) to ensure they meet relevant regulations.

对需要特殊许可的货物（如食品、药品和危险品）进行合规审查，确保其符合相关规定。

Provide professional customs clearance consulting services.

提供专业的清关咨询服务。

Track cargo movements, update clients on the customs clearance progress in a timely manner, and identify opportunities to help clients save on duties or utilize preferential trade agreements.

跟踪货物动态，及时向客户更新清关进度，并寻找机会帮助客户节省关税或利用优惠贸易协议。
