  • Work closely with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system implementations.
  • Support go-live events for new system implementations, warehouse process changes, and customer onboarding.

Training & Super User Support:

  • Develop training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and instructional documents for warehouse teams.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for super users and warehouse staff on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for super users, addressing system-related inquiries and troubleshooting operational challenges.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct root cause analysis to improve operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:

  • Partner with warehouse operations, IT, and customer service teams to align system capabilities with operational needs.
  • Provide expertise in warehouse automation, robotics integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, process engineering, or WMS configuration within a 3PL environment.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS platforms such as Manhattan WMOS, JDA, SCALE, Infor, or similar systems.
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Experience in technical writing for SOPs, IOPs, and process documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support super users and warehouse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with JIRA, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site support, training, and system rollouts.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
