We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our apartment community team. This role involves assisting prospective and current residents in both English and Spanish, showcasing our community’s features, and ensuring an exceptional leasing experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of the community and showcasing available units.
• Respond to leasing inquiries in a timely and professional manner in both English and Spanish.
• Process leasing applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in the leasing software system.
• Stay informed about the community's features, floor plans, and amenities to effectively communicate with prospective residents.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Support residents with questions, concerns, and requests, fostering a positive living experience.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluency required).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an apartment leasing consultant.
• Proficiency in leasing software (experience with CRM, Appfolio, Yardi, Onesite ).
• Reliable transportation for work-related responsibilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
